Incredible that this place has anything less than 5 stars. Not only does it have incredibly delicious food, they take pride in quality of ingredients, while maintaining an impeccable staff and management team. During our recent times of need, they took the lead in being one of the first ones in the community to open their doors and provide food for those who are in need, FOR FREE. I have been a long time customer here so I’ve been blown away by the reviews of anything less than what they deserve. Especially dated in a time when they’ve been handing out free plates of food for anyone. I love this place and I look forward to many great years🙏🙏🙏

My family has been going to Sara's Market ever since it opened. Their pita bread is the best in the area and it's always consistently good. Their meat and chicken is top quality and especially great for BBQs. I've been to other Mediterranean stores in the area and honestly they can be very dirty. Sara's is always clean, never rotten produce out and everything is always correctly placed. Workers are always very friendly and greet you when you walk in. 5/5!

Quality Food is absolutely great! service is great. Very friendly staff. Definitely would not hesitate to come back again. We made a catering order for over 50 people and it couldn't have been any better. Thanks Sara's Bakery!!!!

Unsanitary place. Black olives they were trying to sell had mold in them. White cheese I bought had a foul taste as if it sit in a warm place for long hours. Terribly disappointed will not go to this place again.If you want to buy Turkish products such as white cheese, sucuk, olives, baklava, lahmacun try Horizon, much cleaner and good quality products can be found.

Clean, well stocked. Big produce selection always fresh. Butcher in house with fresh meat and chicken prepared daily. Delicious pita made in the bakery. I can’t say enough good things about this market.

This supermarket is great! It is a bit pricey compared to other ethnic food markets, but worth it. The store is CLEAN. The staff is HELPFUL & FAST. The products there are FRESH. My husband is from Egypt and has the hardest time finding his favorite "pasterme" meat, but this store carries it. Over all, I would say its probably mine and my husband's favorite store so far. :-)

Best mediteranian grocery store in DFW

I bought this product 2 pieces feta vegetable fat one of them the test was horrible.why ‼I don't know if you but the old product with the new one. So please watch that. By the way, I'm talking also about what I saw the same thing with the vegetables and fruits the first layer was good, but the other 😔

The market is ok but I hadn't been there for the takeout in quite a while and I was not impressed at all. The long wait and the very sloppy end product was a disappointment. To shop yes, but to eat, not anymore. Far too many other local options to settle for subpar food.

Great little privately owned store. Staff is very friendly and professional. Love the little Lebanese Grill in the back with a fresh menu from items in the grocery section.

Came here for the first time and was really impressed! Clean, great selection, awesome looking grill. Will definitely be back here the next time I’m whipping up a Mediterranean dish or want some fresh pita or quick dinner from the grill!

Sara’s is the Best Halal Supermarket I’ve ever visited since I live in U.S for the last 10 years. I lived in New York and Los Angeles for quite a long time but never find Halal supermarkets with the best HALAL Meat, Poultry, and fresh products like I can find in this supermarket. If you are live in Dallas County, and looking for HALAL Meat and HALAL Groceries, I suggested you to go to this place.

Sara's has and will always be my spot to grab fresh, top quality meats (fav: kefta kabob, shish tawook chicken, lamb chops), produce (yummy persian cucumbers, exotic fruits, herbs), variety of cheeses (feta, akawai, string and hallomi), jams, honey, olives, pickles, yogurts, rice, lentils, spices (Aleppo pepper, 7 spices, ground cumin). Don't get me started on their in-house baked goods (walnut date maamoul cookies are a must). Grab a yummy sandwich with sides to go at their grill and DO NOT FORGET the pita bread! To top it off, the staff is extremely helpful and the place is clean and organized!

I found things that I have missed since moving here from Michigan! The best pita, dried olives, spices! Wonderful store!

Sara's was like going to the Mediterranean and walking into a grocery store. Some of the items I recognized, however most I never saw before. Sara's was clean and organized. There wasn't anyone on the floor to assist, however the meat cutter and check out girl was smiling and made you feel welcome. If you have an Mediterranean dish you want to prepare or want to experience a little something different in regards of your grocery shopping, I would highly recommend Sara's

Every thin is fresh as it should be but some suppose to be cold temperature but they are in a room temperature which is make bacteria grow just buy dry stuff only

Compared to the other grocery shores, this family owned grocery store dominates in quality yet they are secluded and not well known. This place has a superb butcher shop where it’s clean, provides many different cuts of meat, and there is a great influx of people. The produce is a step above the usual sprouts. Their chicken is higher quality than anything of American supermarkets. Typically other businesses inject salt sodium into the chicken to price gouge and rip off their customers. This family business does not do that unlike most competitors. This grocery store is more honest. I value honesty and good practices. Small grocery store with a lot of value and made with a lot of love.

I mostly come here for the bread. Pita bread is always fresh and tasty. I always love being able to find all of the spices, sweets, olive oils and other Middle Eastern ingredients that I might need in ONE place. I might pay a little more here than I would for certain ingredients but it is worth it to me. This store is always busy.There must be a reason for that. I hope they stay around for a very long time.

Not much more to say, a classic Arabic/Middle Eastern market. If you are in the market for some real authentic food (Hummus, baklava, cheeses, pita) then this place will move the goal post for you compared to the generic mainstream brands you buy. While the meat and seafood selection is good, it's not very extensive.

Rude who ever talked to me over the phone , I called in asking for pita bread to pick it up @6:30pm may -30 2020 , sorry we cannot hold it for you ... ok lol I can pay for it no sir we cannot do that either , ok am driving 2 hours what if your out of bread , sir first come first serve Lol , we cannot do that because the owner said that , well let the owner read this , you know your business better but am asking to hold a bread and I will pay for it over the phone am not asking for fresh produce ....! to confirm that am coming , this term is totally wrong MR OWNER....

Some of the best food in DFW hands down! The best quality meat/chicken in Texas. Feeding our staff healthy mediterranean food was a great choice especially since we still had work to get done afterwords. Thanks again for Sara Bakery and their staff for saving the day!!!

Sara’s Is the best place to go to for everything middle eastern and more! A great selection of fresh produce and all kinds of spices, and THE BEST butcher ever. Their chicken and meat is hands down the best and meat can be prepared according to customers’ requirements. The grill serves bbq meat (middle eastern style) and the dessert bar includes incredible options. My favorites are the chocolate cake and fruit tart!!

Sara is well known place for Halal food and Mediterranean food, here you can find fresh food, bakery, restaurant and all cooking stuff.

AWESOME spot for great food selections you may or may not be familiar with. Great customer service in my opinion.You will be glad you shopped their. By the way it's a family owned business that treats you like family.They are also doing great things during Covid19 to help the community.Go shopping there.

Good selection of middle Eastern groceries, but store is small and isles are narrow

All I can say is wow . They have the best meat! I usually shop at Central Market for good quality meat, but I find that Sara's Market is comparable to your high end meat markets ...especially the lamb. Butchers are very helpful too.

This place is amazing! From the fresh produce and meat, to the grill cooking up the most delicious prime beef kabob pita sandwiches I’ve had. I’m hooked, what a value!

Been there several times, always a great experience and we would usually find everything in stock. We tried the new grill and the food was good. The cashier ladies are beautiful and helpful. The only problem which is not pertaining to this place is the travel distance. It takes more than half an hour to get there, but it's worth it every once in a while.

The best grocery store in Dallas.

Not a place to visit during COVID 19 pandemic. Some customers do not follow the social distancing on the check out line. When confronted the customer the check out cashier did not warn the customer to follow the guideline that set by the store/CDC. She instead sided with the other customer who was not following the Social Distancing rule.

A friend and I were in the Dallas area, and she needed to find a specialty spice for one of her friends. There are not many specialty markets where she lives, and we googled and found Saras. Boy were we not disappointed! A good size market, with all the specialty items you would expect. What made this extra special for us was an employee named Omar. When asked where the spice could be located, he took us around the store, and also pointed out lots of other items we might be interested in. Their fresh baked goods are to die for, and Omar had taken up a couple packages of their fresh baked pita bread for us to take back with us, on the house. Any employee we encountered were friendly and helpful. Don’t miss their fresh hummus, and there’s a nice Little counter in the back for you to enjoy their dishes.

Sara's is phenomenal! You wont be disappointed with their produce selection, that was the first thing I noticed as I started going here about a year ago. Their meat selection is always fresh, trimmed to perfection. They're great about letting you know what they have in stock at the meat counter if you call ahead! Their imported goods are easy to find and of great selection. This past weekend I visited and noticed they had gotten a counter front cafe type area put in place, everything sounded great & smelled superb (unfortunately most items are Beef & Lamb mixed and I don't eat Beef; but, hopefully next time i'll try a Chicken item or maybe they'll start doing just Lamb options too!---If i did eat Beef, I'd have def. tried it!) However, we did pick up the Baklava -- seems to be made in house if I'm not mistaken but, it was awesome (will definitely get it again!). Needless to say, if you visit you won't regret it.
